Our Policy
You may return any unused item within 15 days of receipt for a refund to the
credit card used for its purchase or exchange (minus shipping & handling).

Shipping
Because most items are made to order, please allow 7 - 14 business
days for delivery. We ship via First Class & Priority
Mail. We ship to contiguous U.S. states only. At
this time we are unable to ship to international addresses,
P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O addresses or U.S. Territories.
Alaska & Hawaii orders are shipped via UPS at our regular
rates.

Sales Tax
Richeson Design is required to charge 8.0% sales tax on purchases
shipped to Illinois.
